A senior director of a number of Lloyd’s brokers, David Codling has worked in the insurance industry since 1972, specialising in Jewellers’ Block insurance. Realising that in this age of the specialist, the industry needed a dedicated broker he formed David Codling and Associates.
Tom Harding has been part of DCA since 2012. Tom works very closely with clients and various Lloyd’s Underwriters to ensure that the clients insurance needs and requirements are fully catered for.
Tom also works in conjunction with Loss Adjusters and Surveyors. His main aim being to make sure claims are dealt with swiftly and sympathetically and to ensure security along with risk management arrangements are of the highest standards.
Nicholas joined in 2019 and is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute and currently working towards further industry qualifications. His main roles are liaising with and servicing clients’ insurable needs. Nicholas also assists with the physical security and risk management requirements for clients.
The smooth-running of the back office is the responsibility of Sue Howell, who is your first point of contact. She has worked with David since 2002 when they were colleagues at a major City broker. When David Codling and Associates commenced trading in 2004 Sue joined the company.
